"This is by far the worst office i have ever dealt with in State Farm. I was quoted a price on car insurance and then billed twice that amount. They said it was from pricing rates in November, the year before. The quote is from January. They also put someone else's car on my insurance. They assigned me a tracker even after me repeatedly telling them not too. The quote never had a tracker on it and i have never had one on any other vehicle.
I have not met a single competent person at this location. When i call to ask why it is so messed up? The response i get is "i don't know why" and "will get someone to look at it"."
